• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Sale items, final-sale items, and custom-made/personalised pieces are not eligible for return.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and clear photographs/videos of the issue.

Defective or damaged items will be reviewed separately and may qualify for an exception to our standard return policy.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, you may place a new order after completing the return process for the eligible product.
